Do I need a promo code to shop the sale? 

No promo code needed: These are good, old-fashioned markdowns. Everything on sale is featured here, with the current sale price displayed. If you're shopping from the United States, you'll also see the original price crossed out. If you are shopping from outside the United States, the original prediscount price is not shown, and the price listed on each page reflects the current markdown price. 

I just received my order, and the current price for my item is now lower than what I paid. Can I get a price adjustment? 

As long as the item is available on sale in the same size and color it was originally purchased in, we offer price adjustments within seven days of your shipment date. Heads up: We can only make one price adjustment per item, and once an item has been adjusted, it becomes final sale. 

Why are some items marked as final sale? 

Once an item hits 60 percent or more off, it’s final sale, meaning it is not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Final-sale items are clearly marked on the product page and in your cart at checkout. When scooping up goop sale goods, give your cart an extra look at checkout to make sure you know if pieces you are purchasing can’t be returned or exchanged. 

I’ve had my eye on a sale item that’s now out of stock. Will you be replenishing your sale inventory? 

The goop sale is a first-come, first-served situation, and we often have only a few pieces left in a particular style. When there are three or fewer pieces in a certain size and style, we’ll let you know on the product page, so you can be strategic. Once items are sold out, they won’t be restocked. Do add your email to the waitlist for the item–sometimes we get returns and we’ll email everyone on the waitlist with a link to buy the item. 

I’ve had my eye on a specific item. Will it be going on sale in the future? 

We don’t have any information available to share about any future markdowns. Things do tend to go fast during the sale though, so if you see something you love, we’d encourage you to go for it while it’s still in stock.
